Job summary

TelCom Construction is seeking a Telecommunications Supervisor Construction to oversee and implement the company’s construction program across job sites, ensuring adherence to rules, practices and policies. The role includes leading foremen and crews, organizing materials, and providing thorough job reporting.

You will supervise day-to-day operations, ensure project completion, and coordinate with field teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of related work experience.
• Experience in construction, preferably telecommunications.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Valid state driver’s license with clean record; DOT medical card.
• Class A CDL license is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the day-to-day operations.
• Ensure project completion of assigned projects.
• Provide communication and leadership to foremen and crew members.
• Organize materials, equipment, and labor.
• Verify locates, materials and billings; provide all required job reporting.
• Complete as-builts and redlines.
• Participate in safety, maintenance, production and personnel initiatives.
