Future Infrastructure, LLC in Houston, TX seeks an experienced Construction Supervisor to oversee daily operations across projects, ensure safety compliance, monitor schedules, and inspect sites for quality against plans. You will collaborate with PMs, engineers and stakeholders while maintaining thorough project docs and coordinating material deliveries.

The role requires a strong leadership background, the ability to read blueprints, and proficiency in construction management software; OSHA

Qualifications

• 5+ years of construction supervisory experience (commercial/residential/industrial as applicable).
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in construction management software preferred.
• OSHA certification preferred.
• High school diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily construction operations on assigned projects.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company safety policies.
• Monitor project schedules and adjust as needed to meet deadlines.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to plans and specifications.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders.
• Maintain project documentation, including daily reports and progress updates.
• Identify and resolve on-site issues proactively and recommend and implement corrective action.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, permits, and regulatory requirements.
• Manage material deliveries and site logistics.
• Coordinate scheduling and ensure adequate staffing.
• Assign duties, responsibilities, and scope of authority to the lead technicians.
• Other duties as assigned.
