Job summary

Future, a Primoris Company, is seeking a hardworking equipment operator and foreman-level helper to support telecommunications construction. The role involves inspecting work areas, directing crews, operating bulldozers and graders, and enforcing safety rules.

The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent or 5 years minimum experience; forklift certification is preferred. Daily tasks include vehicle inspections, material prep, and coordinating with supervisors on-site.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent or 5 years minimum experience.
• Must be able to lift and/or move 50 pounds.
• Standing, walking on uneven surfaces for extended periods; continuous.
• Forklift Certified Preferred.

Responsibilities

• Inspects work areas to determine type of work required and materials and equipment to be used.
• Directs workers in projects such as construction of ditches and roadways and grading drainage areas.
• Operates equipment such as bulldozers and graders; trains workers in equipment operation.
• Enforces safety regulations and follows company policies.
• Prepare trucks, materials for job and maintain equipment.
• Loads and unloads truck; performs daily inspections of vehicles.
