Utilities One Group is seeking an experienced Construction Manager / Operations Program Manager to lead telecommunications and critical infrastructure projects in Seattle. You will oversee client relations, project planning, field execution, safety, and cross‑functional coordination across municipal partners, subcontractors, and internal teams.

Qualifications

5–10 years of telecommunications experience.
3+ years as Program Manager / Project Manager / Operations Manager.
Strong budgeting, scheduling, and tracking skills.
Valid driver's license; willingness to travel.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in varying conditions.

Responsibilities

Lead client and stakeholder management across multiple projects.
Plan, execute, and oversee field operations from preconstruction to closeout.
Coordinate with crews, subcontractors, and municipalities to meet milestones.
Ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance on site.
Provide leadership, coaching, and performance accountability.
