Job summary

Utilities One is seeking an OSP Construction Manager in Kent, WA. This full-time role manages client relations, project planning, field operations, and safety compliance across telecom infrastructure initiatives.

You will lead teams, coordinate with municipalities, and ensure projects stay on time, within scope, and within budget. A strong background in telecom construction and program leadership is required.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of telecommunications experience.
• 3+ years as program/PM/operations manager.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to travel to job sites within market.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary liaison with clients, internal teams, subcontractors, and municipalities.
• Plan and execute projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Oversee field operations, QA, safety, and compliance.
• Lead coordinators, crews, and subcontractors; manage performance.
• Oversee project budgets, cost tracking, and change management.
• Coordinate permits, inspections, and documentation for approvals.
• Drive operational improvements and support growth initiatives.
• Allocate resources and manage subcontractor coordination across multiple projects.
