Job summary

Utilities One in the United States is seeking a Construction Manager / Operations Program Manager (OPM) to lead complex telecom, power, water, and data center projects. You will manage client relations, coordinate with internal teams and subcontractors, and ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within scope.

The role requires 5–10 years of telecommunications experience and at least 3 years in program/project/operations management.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of telecommunications experience.
• At least 3 years as Program Manager/Project Manager/Operations Manager.
• Strong knowledge of project budget management, scheduling, and tracking.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project lifecycle from preconstruction through closeout.
• Coordinate with municipalities, utility providers, subcontractors, and internal teams.
• Ensure safety, quality, and OSHA compliance on field sites.
• Manage budget, schedules, and progress reporting to clients.
