Utilities One in Tacoma, WA is hiring an OSP Construction Manager to oversee planning, execution, client management, and operational oversight of telecom and infrastructure projects. This role is the primary liaison among clients, internal teams, subcontractors, and municipalities, ensuring safety, schedule adherence, and scope alignment.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of overall Telecommunications Experience.
• At least 3 years as Program Manager/Project Manager/Operations Manager.
• Strong knowledge of project budget management, scheduling, and tracking.
• Ability to develop strategies to promote company goals and objectives to external organizations.
• A valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
• Ability to travel to different job sites within the assigned market.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary liaison for clients and stakeholders.
• Lead onboarding meetings and coordinate with internal teams and external entities (city, county, utilities).
• Provide regular project status updates and schedule coordination.
• Oversee all project lifecycle phases from preconstruction to closeout.
• Assign projects to coordinators, foremen, and crews based on skill and workload.
• Develop execution plans to meet milestones and production goals.
• Ensure field operations align with plans, specs, and quality standards.
• Coach and mentor staff and participate in hiring of new personnel.
