Qualifications

• Valid, unrestricted driver's license required.
• Ability to read maps, drawings and site plans.
• Ability to travel to multiple job sites within the market.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Review assigned projects for scope, constructability, and sequencing.
• Coordinate daily field meetings with foremen and vendors.
• Ensure crews have required documentation, certifications and equipment.
• Verify permits, MOT requirements, and locate status prior to work.
• Conduct site inspections for quality, safety, and compliance.
• Maintain project documentation and daily reports; communicate updates to stakeholders.
