Job summary

Utilities One is seeking an experienced Construction Manager / Operations Program Manager (OPM) in Seattle, WA. You will oversee client relations, internal teams, and subcontractors, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and safely.

This role requires strong leadership, budget awareness, and field execution excellence. You will manage multiple projects, coordinate with municipalities and utility providers, and drive improvements across operations while maintaining a strong

Qualifications

5-10 years of Telecommunications experience required.
At least 3 years as Program Manager/Project Manager/Operations Manager.
Must have a valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
Ability to travel to different job sites within the market.

Responsibilities

Lead client and stakeholder management, coordinating with city, county, utilities, and internal teams.
Oversee all phases of project lifecycle from preconstruction through closeout.
Ensure safety, quality, and compliance with OSHA standards and permits.
Manage field teams, subcontractors, and coordinators; monitor production and schedules.
Approve project scope changes and track costs and changes.
Provide status updates and coordinate with management and clients.
Drive operational improvements and support business growth initiatives.
Coordinate transportation, site inspections, and field readiness.
