Job summary

Network Connex is seeking a Senior Construction Manager to oversee telecom infrastructure projects, managing in-house and subcontract crews with partial P&L responsibility. You will supervise field operations, ensure safety, quality, and schedule adherence, and maintain strong client communications across multi-site projects.

The role emphasizes field oversight (80%) with some office work (20%), requires travel, and demands strong MS Office skills, print reading ability, and subcontractor

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years experience in telecommunications.
• Must pass drug screening and have a valid driver's license; willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Manage overall project execution including scope, cost, safety, quality, and schedule.
• Prepare project status reports and trackers; ensure completed work meets specifications.
• Complete projects on time within funding parameters and meet standards.
• Monitor audit findings and implement corrections within customer timelines.
• Coordinate material delivery and drive construction to meet schedule and budget.
• Track financial progress in the company's software platform.
• Conduct site walks for bids and design; perform weekly safety and quality audits.
• Hold daily tailgate meetings and communicate issues to PM and customer.
