Job summary

Congruex is seeking a Construction Manager I/II/III to lead field crews and oversee projects ensuring safety, schedule, and budget compliance. You will coordinate with Project Managers, customers, Foremen, subcontractors, and internal teams to manage scheduling, materials, production, quality, and documentation.

The role requires strong leadership, financial oversight, and the ability to manage multiple projects. Travel up to 25–50% with a $3k monthly stipend is provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Experience managing, training, and overseeing construction crews and field operations.
• Experience with aerial and underground telecommunications or utility construction.
• Experience managing project schedules, budgets, production, and field documentation.
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans, blueprints, specifications, contracts, RFPs, and technical documentation.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate assigned construction crews, train Foremen, monitor performance, and ensure work is performed safely, accurately, and efficiently.
• Coordinate with Project Managers and customers on project scheduling, site coordination, planning, materials, equipment, and field requirements.
• Monitor project budgets, milestones, deliverables, production, and schedules to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Review and approve production reports, crew timesheets, invoices, maps, As‑Builts, closeout packages, and other required project documentation.
• Enforce company policies and procedures, address employee performance issues, and support interviewing, hiring, training, and development of field personnel.
• Read and interpret construction plans, blueprints, specifications, contracts, RFPs, and other technical and project documentation while maintaining quality standards.
• Additional responsibilities within functional scope based on business needs
