Job summary

FiberTel, LLC, a subsidiary of Quanta Services, is seeking Entry Level Construction Workers/Laborers to join their team in Salt Lake City, Utah. No prior experience is required; training will be provided on safety procedures, equipment handling, and best practices for field work.

This role supports all phases of utility construction for telecom projects, including fiber optic installation. The ideal candidate is safety-focused, eager to learn, and able to work outdoors in all weather conditions.

Qualifications

• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
• Valid driver’s license or willingness to obtain one.
• Good driving record.
• Basic knowledge of utility trucks, equipment, and hand tools.
• Ability to work in all weather conditions.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 75 pounds.
• Ability to communicate effectively.
