Job summary

FiberTel, LLC is hiring entry level Construction Workers/Laborers to support all phases of utility construction for telecom projects. Duties include general labor tasks under Foreman/Supervisor guidance, with responsibilities ranging from loading materials to testing and maintenance services.

Qualifications

• Must pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.
• Valid driver’s license or ability to obtain required license.
• Ability to operate basic utility trucks and equipment safely.

Responsibilities

• Loading, driving, delivery, digging, removal and placement of construction materials and equipment.
• Hand dig using shovel and mechanical tools.
• Install and maintain underground telecommunications cabling.
• Operate or work around heavy equipment and machinery.
• Maintain safe working habits per regulations and company policies.
• Learn all aspects of crew and assist operator and foreman as assigned.
