Job summary

Ontivity is seeking a Civil Foreman in the United States to lead crew operations on telecommunications infrastructure projects in Idaho. You will mobilize with a company crew and a crew truck, work Monday through Friday, and may travel up to four weeks at a time.

A two-day orientation and company-provided tools are provided for new hires. During the first 90 days you will shadow foremen and management, with a performance review at 90 days including wage increase and an advancement plan.

Qualifications

• Able to read and interpret construction drawings, piping diagrams, job specifications, mounting specs, testing procedures.

Responsibilities

• Lead crew in completing jobs safely and efficiently.
• Participate in daily JHA/tailgate meetings with crew.
• Operate and supervise equipment for trenching, foundations, and roadway installs.
• Install grounding systems and utility conduits, and assist with close-out documentation.
• Stay up to date on training and certifications.
