Job summary

Capstone Solutions, Inc. in the Portland area is seeking an experienced Civil Foreman to oversee all aspects of civil construction in the telecommunications industry.

You will train and mentor Civil Tech I and II, supervise crew work, and ensure accurate interpretation of drawings, with emphasis on safety and equipment readiness. This is a full-time role demanding travel across the region.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver license.
• Willingness to travel frequently throughout Washington and extended PNW job sites.
• Able to read and understand drawings and specifications.
• Able to supervise and lead employees.
• Must pass Background Check, Pre-Employment Physical, and Drug Screen.

Responsibilities

• Lead crews to clear and prepare sites for construction.
• Train and mentor Civil Tech I and II.
• Supervise and direct work of the crew and assist in development.
• Ensure safety practices and conduct JHA during daily meetings.
• Oversee equipment, materials, and tool readiness and inspections.
