Job summary

Capstone Solutions, Inc. is seeking an experienced Civil Foreman for the greater Kent/Seattle area to lead all aspects of civil construction in the telecommunications field.

You will train and mentor Civil Techs I and II, supervise crews, and ensure safety and compliance on site while coordinating with clients and subcontractors. This role requires travel across Washington and the Pacific Northwest and offers competitive wages and a full benefits package.

Qualifications

• Must have valid driver license and clean driving record.
• Willingness to travel frequently throughout Washington and the Pacific Northwest.
• Ability to read and understand drawings and specifications.
• Experience supervising construction crews.

Responsibilities

• Train and mentor Civil Techs I and II.
• Lead crews to prepare sites for construction.
• Communicate drawings and flow of work to crew.
• Ensure materials are on hand for the job site.
• Supervise and develop Civil Tech I and II.
• Maintain safety practices and perform daily JHA reviews.
• Oversee equipment checks and inspections.
• Develop good client and vendor relationships.
