Job summary

TelCom Construction, LLC is seeking an Equipment Foreman to lead crews, safely operate heavy equipment, and ensure projects stay on schedule while coordinating with supervision and managing equipment and materials.

This traveling foreman role requires 3+ years of related experience, a valid driver's license, and authorization to work in the United States; benefits include weekly pay, paid time off, and health insurance.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Authorized to work in the United States for this company.
• Valid driver's license.
• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent preferred.
• At least three years of related experience.
• Previous Foreman experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead crews to meet project timelines.
• Safely operate and control assigned heavy equipment.
• Assist the Supervisor with day-to-day activities and provide updates as needed.
• Oversee and help with training of crew members.
• Help ensure everyone follows safety policies, OSHA, and DOT regulations.
• Maintain production notes & DOT paperwork.
• Operate heavy equipment and machinery and perform maintenance.
• Work in all weather conditions.
• All other duties as assigned.
