Job summary

Ontivity in Idaho is seeking a Civil Technician to assist the Civil Crew Lead with foundations, fencing, grounding, and site maintenance for towers. This safety-sensitive position requires attention to detail and teamwork to ensure project specifications are met on each site.

Weekly travel is required, hours are typically Monday through Friday with potential overtime, and a strong focus on safety and on-site coordination.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• OSHA 10 or 30 training preferred.
• First Aid/CPR training is a plus.
• Basic rigging knowledge desirable.

Responsibilities

• Safety first – Prioritize safety on every task.
• Assist grounding, terminations, fastening, and antioxidant use; support leads and cadwelding as required.
• Assist on the overall job, including groundwork and site installation per customer specs, maintain a safe work environment, complete JSA forms, and help with crew tasks.
