Job summary

Ontivity, LLC is seeking a Civil Foreman to lead onsite crews in constructing and maintaining critical telecommunications infrastructure in Washington. You will mobilize with a company crew, travel as needed, and work a Monday–Friday schedule with potential extended trips.

Orientation, training, and certifications are provided, with a wage review after 90 days. The role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and hands-on supervision of trenching, foundations, and conduit installs, while coordinating

Qualifications

• Able to read and interpret construction drawings, piping diagrams, job specifications, mounting specs, testing procedures, etc.

Responsibilities

• Must value safety over and above all other considerations.
• Participate in daily JHA/tailgate meetings with crew.
• Lead crew in completing jobs in a safe and efficient manner. This includes running equipment for trenching, foundation excavations, and roadway installs, installing rebar, pouring foundations, installing grounding systems and utility conduits, taking photos for close out documentation, and running test equipment.
• Stay up to date on assigned training and certifications.
• Assist with maintenance of vehicles and equipment, tool inventory, etc.
