Job summary

Bluebird Fiber in Kansas City, MO seeks a Change Management Analyst to support NOC leadership by using EMS/OSS to identify circuits affected by maintenance and to deliver timely, accurate customer-focused notifications. The role includes data entry, maintaining system accuracy, and cross-platform data integrity across multiple tools.

Required qualifications include a IT-related degree and strong data analysis skills; proficiency with Microsoft 365 and Excel is essential.

Qualifications

College degree or equivalent in IT or a related technical field.
Experience manipulating, analyzing, and reporting on data sets.
Experience formatting data for easy analysis (spreadsheets, charts, pivot-tables).
Proficient in Microsoft 365 with strong Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, data tools).
Demonstrated analytical ability, judgment, and problem-solving.
Strong attention to detail with focus on accuracy and data quality.
Ability to pivot between tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency automating data analysis reports and notifications (workflows, spreadsheet updates, emails).

Responsibilities

Identify opportunities for process improvements.
Update and maintain contact information to ensure accurate notifications to customers.
Participate in weekly Change Management calls with engineering and field services.
Ensure readiness across stakeholders.
Identify and mitigate conflicts to prevent customer impact or service credits.
Prioritize workload based on urgency, impact, and maintenance windows.
Work reliably and independently with high accuracy and accountability.
