Job summary

Jacobs is seeking a Telecommunications BIM Designer to contribute to design documentation and manage Revit BIM models in coordination with telecom leads. You will create and coordinate 3D models across disciplines using Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD, delivering constructible deliverables and clash-free models.

You will work with a team of designers, discipline leads, architects and engineers; near U.S. offices; hybrid work policy; open to candidates nationwide.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of Revit design experience.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in telecommunications systems design and construction industry.
• Growing understanding of how codes and standards shape design decisions.
• Growing understanding of design and construction specifications and their function.
• Experience following client design and modeling standards.
• Familiarity with Bluebeam as a markup software.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to learn new things.
