AllSTEM Connections is seeking a BIM Designer to set up and manage Revit BIM models, coordinating with other discipline leads. You will create 3D models and 2D drawings, ensuring alignment with Jacobs and client BIM standards.

The role emphasizes accuracy, organization, and collaboration across teams in a telecom design context. The ideal candidate brings 3+ years of BIM design experience, strong Revit/AutoCAD/Navisworks skills, and a willingness to learn.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of BIM design experience.
• At least 3 years of telecommunications systems design and construction industry.
• Growing understanding of codes, standards and design documentation.
• Familiarity with Bluebeam or similar markup software.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to estimate hours for design and modeling efforts.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage content toward fully coordinated 3D models across disciplines.
• Produce 2D construction drawings and maintain BIM standards.
• Coordinate with telecom leads and project teams to turn design into constructable deliverables.
• Apply Revit knowledge to ensure clash-free models and accurate documentation.
