Job summary

Jacobs is hiring a Telecommunications BIM Designer to set up and manage Revit BIM models, coordinating with telecom leads and team members to produce fully coordinated 3D models and 2D construction drawings. You will use Revit, Navisworks and AutoCAD, following Jacobs and client BIM standards, in a collaborative telecom design team.

The role supports projects across the United States with a hybrid work model, offering growth and exposure to data center and telecom solutions.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of Revit design experience.
• At least 2 years of telecom systems design and construction experience.
• Understanding of codes and standards shaping design decisions.
• Familiarity with Bluebeam markup software.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to learn new things.

Responsibilities

• Set up and manage Revit BIM models in coordination with telecom leads and team members.
• Create and manage content for fully coordinated 3D models across design disciplines.
• Produce 2D construction drawings in AutoCAD and Navisworks coordination.
• Ensure deliverables align with Jacobs and client BIM standards.
