Job summary

Telecom AI Transformation Lead role is based onsite in Denver, CO, and focuses on customer-facing architecture for large-scale NOC/SOC modernization. You will define AI-driven architectures, lead workshops, and govern delivery across onsite and offshore teams, driving improvements in MTTR, alert noise, and fault isolation.

The ideal candidate has 15+ years in Telecom and AI transformation, deep OSS/BSS expertise, and hands-on GenAI/AIOps with AWS experience.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in Telecom, AI Automation, and Digital Transformation.
• Strong customer handling, consulting, and stakeholder management, incl. workshops.
• Deep telecom domain expertise across OSS/BSS, NOC, Service Assurance, Provisioning, and Operations.
• Hands-on understanding of AI, GenAI, Agentic AI, AIOps with AWS architecture experience.
• Ability to engage leadership and lead PoCs, end-to-end delivery, and executive presentations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary onsite Lead Architect for Agentic AI-driven telecom transformation across NOC, SOC, and related domains.
• Lead customer workshops and discovery sessions to assess current-state operating models, alarm flows, and processes.
• Define AI-driven solution architectures for alarm correlation, anomaly detection, and incident automation.
• Drive MTTR reduction, alert noise suppression, faster triage, and improved customer experience.
• Provide architecture governance across onsite and offshore teams, ensuring production readiness.
