Axiom Global Technologies seeks a Lead Architect – AI & Telecom Transformation to spearhead enterprise AI-enabled telecom transformation programs. You will guide workshops, define cloud-native architectures, and drive incident prevention across NOC/SOC and network operations.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of telecom, AI automation, and digital transformation experience.
• Strong customer-facing consulting, stakeholder management, and relationship skills.
• Proven ability to lead workshops, discovery sessions, and requirements gathering.
• Deep telecom domain expertise across OSS/BSS, NOC, service assurance, provisioning, ops.
• Experience delivering AI-driven transformation and automation programs.
• Hands-on AI (including Generative AI, Agentic AI, AIOps) and intelligent automation platforms.
• Strong AWS architecture, cloud migration, modernization, and transformation experience.
• Ability to define enterprise solution architectures and transformation roadmaps.
• Experience engaging senior leadership stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Proven presales, solutioning, estimation, and proposal development capabilities.
• Experience leading global onsite-offshore delivery teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead onsite architecture and Agentic AI-driven telecom transformation initiatives across NOC, SOC, network ops.
• Conduct workshops to assess current-state models, alarm flows, lifecycles, and escalation paths.
• Define AI solution architectures for alarm correlation, anomaly detection, and automation.
• Drive MTTR reduction, alert-noise suppression, and proactive incident prevention.
• Design scalable OSS/telecom architectures with observability and ITSM integration.
• Define integration patterns for alarms, events, incidents, topology, inventory, and logs.
• Collaborate with AWS and customer teams to build secure, scalable cloud-native platforms.
• Develop transformation roadmaps, target-state models, and phased implementation plans.
• Lead PoCs, end-to-end delivery, and executive presentations focused on outcomes.
• Govern architecture across onsite and offshore teams, ensuring production-readiness.
