Responsibilities

• Lead onsite architecture and Agentic AI-driven telecom transformation initiatives across NOC, SOC, network ops.
• Conduct workshops to assess current-state models, alarm flows, lifecycles, and escalation paths.
• Define AI solution architectures for alarm correlation, anomaly detection, and automation.
• Drive MTTR reduction, alert-noise suppression, and proactive incident prevention.
• Design scalable OSS/telecom architectures with observability and ITSM integration.
• Define integration patterns for alarms, events, incidents, topology, inventory, and logs.
• Collaborate with AWS and customer teams to build secure, scalable cloud-native platforms.

Job description

We are seeking an experienced, customer-facing Lead Architect – AI & Telecom Transformation to lead enterprise-scale, Agentic AI-driven telecom transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in telecom operations, NOC/SOC transformation, AI automation, and AWS-based solution architecture.

This role involves leading customer workshops, defining solution architectures and transformation roadmaps, and advising business leaders, technology teams, and executive stakeholders. The candidate will drive intelligent automation across network operations, service assurance, incident management, and operational workflows to improve service reliability, reduce Mean Time to Resolution (MTTR), and deliver measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead onsite architecture and Agentic AI-driven telecom transformation initiatives across NOC, SOC, network operations, service assurance, and incident management.
• Conduct customer workshops and discovery sessions to assess current-state operating models, alarm flows, ticket lifecycles, triage processes, escalation paths, and operational challenges.
• Define Agentic AI solution architectures for alarm correlation, event deduplication, anomaly detection, root-cause analysis, incident enrichment, ticket automation, and closed-loop remediation.
• Drive operational improvements, including MTTR reduction, alert-noise suppression, faster triage, improved fault isolation, proactive incident prevention, and enhanced customer experience.
• Design scalable architectures integrating OSS, service assurance, observability, telemetry, ITSM, knowledge management, and automation platforms.
• Define integration patterns for alarms, events, incidents, network topology, inventory, logs, metrics, traces, and operational knowledge across telecom NOC/SOC ecosystems.
• Collaborate with AWS, customer network and operations teams, and engineering stakeholders to design secure, scalable, cloud-native Agentic AI platforms.
• Develop transformation roadmaps, target-state operating models, automation backlogs, use-case prioritization, and phased implementation strategies.
• Lead solution design, proof of concepts (PoCs), end-to-end technical delivery, and executive presentations focused on operational efficiency, service reliability, network resilience, and measurable business outcomes.
• Govern architecture across onsite and offshore teams, ensuring alignment with telecom processes, data quality, integration feasibility, and production-readiness standards.
• Collaborate with business, network, security, operations, product, and engineering teams throughout the transformation lifecycle.
• Mentor architects and technical teams on Agentic AI-driven telecom solutions, NOC/SOC automation, observability-led operations, and architecture best practices.

Required Skills & Experience
