Qualifications

• 10 years of experience in software development, solution delivery, or technology consulting.
• Practical experience defining AI, GenAI, or Agentic AI use cases for enterprise operations.
• Ability to translate operational challenges into agent features, workflows, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Understanding of AI agents, LLMs, RAG, prompt engineering, APIs, integrations, and human-in-the-loop controls.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the onsite lead architect for Agentic AI telecom programs across NOC/SOC domains.
• Lead workshops to assess current-state NOC/SOC models, alarm flows, ticket lifecycles, and pain points.
• Define AI-driven solution architectures for correlation, deduplication, anomaly detection, and remediation.
• Design integration patterns for alarms, events, incidents, topology, logs, and metrics.
• Partner with AWS and customer teams to design secure, scalable, cloud-native platforms.
• Lead solutioning, PoCs, delivery and executive presentations on operational efficiency and reliability.
• Collaborate with offshore teams and stakeholders throughout the transformation lifecycle.
