• Strong understanding of grounding, trenching, concrete work.

Responsibilities

• Plan and supervise daily civil construction tasks.
• Lead and mentor crew members.
• Interpret construction drawings and ensure accurate execution.
• Manage materials, deliveries, and jobsite documentation.
• Conduct jobsite briefings and safety audits.
