Job summary

Red Hat is seeking a Lightwell Specialist Solution Architect with Telco experience to lead trusted software supply chain engagements for Go-To-Market initiatives. You will work with Account Solution Architects and Account Executives to drive Red Hat Lightwell within new and existing customer accounts.

You will articulate complex technical concepts to developers, platform engineers, and security leaders, defend Red Hat's differentiating position, and guide customers through configuration, proofs

Qualifications

• 6+ years in a mix of software engineering, build/release, platform engineering, DevSecOps, or technical sales; Telco experience required.
• Hands-on experience in a customer or production build environment.
• Experience delivering technical presentations and leading business value sessions.

Responsibilities

• Deploy into engagements as Red Hat's technical lead for trusted software supply chain with the Account solutions team.
• Lead technical conversations across developers, application leadership, and security/compliance groups.
• Articulate Red Hat's differentiating position against alternatives in the market.
• Position Lightwell offerings within the broader Red Hat portfolio including SBOM, signing, attestation, and policy enforcement.
• Configure builds to resolve against Lightwell repos and troubleshoot with customer engineers.
• Support pre- and post-sales activities including deep dives, POCs, bake-offs, and partner-specific solutions.
• Identify stakeholders and advocate within customer teams and align with their artifact management and pipeline estates.
• Collaborate with Lightwell unit and engineering for market feedback and product roadmap.
• Support community outreach, conference talks, and customer advocacy.
• Deliver enablement to the Red Hat Technical Sales community on software supply chain security.
