This senior role partners with GEOs, Global Sales, and BU counterparts to articulate the business value of Lightwell and accelerate growth through new opportunities. You will build out Lightwell specialist teams, own targets, and serve as a trusted technical advisor to account teams.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in a technology sales leadership role.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams across sales, marketing, enablement and services.
• Experience managing global/remote teams of senior ICs.

Responsibilities

• Lead the global Lightwell sales strategy and GTM.
• Build and consolidate Lightwell specialist teams across GEOs.
• Drive global targets and growth for Lightwell.
• Collaborate with RHEL, OpenShift, Ansible, and AI Platform Leaders on joint GTMs.
• Review performance with GEO Tech Sales Leaders and report to Global Tech Sales leader.
• Represent Red Hat through public thought leadership.
