Job summary

Red Hat, Inc. is seeking a Lightwell Specialist Solution Architect with Telco experience to lead trusted software supply chain efforts for customers.

You will work hands-on in customer builds, walk through architecture, run proofs of concept, and help customers adopt Red Hat Lightwell by solving blockers in their build pipelines. The role requires deep technical sales acumen, strong communications with developers, platform engineers, and security/compliance teams, and willingness to travel to

Qualifications

• 6+ years in software engineering, build/release engineering, platform engineering, DevSecOps, or technical sales; Telco exp. required.
• Hands-on experience in customer build environments and proven ability to work with developers, build engineers, and security/compliance teams.
• Experience delivering technical presentations and leading business value sessions to engineering audiences and executives.
• Familiarity with Maven, pip, npm, and multi-language codebases, including dependency management and reproducibility.
• Knowledge of SBOMs (SPDX/CycloneDX), SLSA levels, artifact signing/attestation, and vulnerability management workflows.
• Understanding of upstream OSS contribution practices and how remediations are returned to projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead trusted software supply chain discussions across developers, build engineers, and leadership.
• Configure customer builds to resolve against Lightwell repositories and troubleshoot builds with engineers.
• Present Red Hat Lightwell differentiators and map them to customer needs during proofs of concept and bake-offs.
• Coordinate with Lightwell and engineering teams to provide market feedback and drive adoption.
• Deliver enablement to Red Hat Technical Sales teams and participate in community advocacy.
