Red Hat is seeking a Lightwell Specialist Solution Architect with Telco experience to drive adoption of Lightwell in customer environments. You will serve as the technical lead, guiding developers, build engineers, and security teams through architecture walkthroughs, proofs of concept, and best practices in dependency management and pipeline enforcement.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in software/DevSecOps roles with build/release responsibilities.
• Telco experience required.
• Ability to present technically to diverse audiences including executives.
• Proven capability to communicate business value and security implications.
• Willingness to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead as Red Hat's technical lead for trusted software supply chain in customer engagements.
• Speak to developers, leaders, and compliance teams with tailored depth.
• Defend Red Hat differentiators against competitive approaches.
• Position Lightwell offerings within broader Red Hat portfolio and drive adoption.
• Configure and troubleshoot customer builds using Lightwell repositories.
• Support pre/post-sales activities: deep dives, proofs of concept, bake-offs.
