Job summary

Red Hat is seeking a Lightwell Specialist Solution Architect with Telco experience to lead technical sales support for Lightwell GTM initiatives. You will collaborate with account teams to drive adoption across customer accounts, speak to developers, platform leads, and security teams, and defend Red Hat's differentiators in the market.

You will configure builds in customer environments, perform deep technical dives, PoCs, and bake-offs, and mentor the Red Hat sales community on software supply

Qualifications

• 6+ years in software eng, build/release, platform engineering, DevSecOps, or technical sales; Telco exp needed.
• Hands-on in a customer or production build environment.
• Proficient with at least two of Maven, pip, and npm; know how registries and mirrors are configured.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Red Hat's technical lead for trusted software supply chain engagements and GTM execution.
• Lead technical conversations across developers, engineers, and security teams.
• Articulate and defend Red Hat's differentiating position against alternatives in the market.
• Configure builds to resolve Lightwell repos and troubleshoot with customer engineers.
• Support pre/post-sales activities, PoCs, bake-offs, sprints, and partner solutions.
• Travel as needed to meet business and customer needs.
