Job summary

CLA is seeking a Technical Lead Consultant - Tekion to drive technical and functional discovery for Tekion dealership clients and own escalation paths. You will reproduce issues, scope support, and guide remediation projects, working with the Growth team to shape SOWs and estimates.

Travel may be required as part of client engagements. Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required, Tekion certification preferred, and experience with dealership management systems is highly valued.

Qualifications

• 4 years of experience required; 5-7 years preferred.
• Experience with dealership management systems (DMS), Tekion preferred.
• Bachelor's degree required; related field preferred.
• Tekion platform certification preferred.
• Travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical and functional discovery with dealership clients to understand their needs.
• Reproduce and document customer issues.
• Scope technical support, optimization, and remediation projects.
• Develop deployment strategies and toolkits for consistent service delivery.
• Maintain a knowledge base of recurring issues and solutions.
