Job summary

CliftonLarsonAllen LLP (CLA) seeks a Technical Lead Consultant - Tekion to guide technical and functional discovery for Tekion dealership clients. You will identify root causes and turn findings into scoped support, optimization, and remediation work, while owning the escalation path to Tekion.

You will partner with the Growth team to translate discoveries into estimates, deliverables, and SOWs, and develop deployment strategies for consistent service delivery across dealer networks.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience required; 5–7 years preferred.
• Experience with dealership management systems (DMS), Tekion preferred.
• Bachelor's degree required; CS/IT or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery with dealership clients to understand needs.
• Scope and plan support, optimization, and remediation projects.
• Create estimates and Statements of Work (SOWs).
• Maintain knowledge base of dealership issues and solutions.
