Job summary

CLA is seeking a Technical Lead Consultant - Tekion to drive technical and functional discovery for Tekion dealership clients. You will identify root causes, scope corrective work, and guide the team through ETAs and SOWs, serving as CLA’s Tier 1 support and escalation path.

You will build knowledge bases on recurring issues, improve delivery processes, and collaborate with the Growth team to convert findings into concrete delivery plans. Travel may be required as part of client engagements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• Degree in Accounting, Computer Science, Information Technology or related field preferred.
• 4 years of experience required; 5–7 years preferred.
• Tekion platform certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical and functional discovery with dealership clients to understand their current state, pain points, and business needs.
• Sort client issues into training, configuration, workflow, integration, data, or product-defect issues to decide the right correction.
• Reproduce and document customer issues.
• Scope technical support, optimization, and remediation projects.
• Work with the Growth team to turn discovery findings into estimates, assumptions, deliverables, and SOWs.
• Develop and implement strategies for efficient and effective software deployment, including toolkits for consistent service delivery.
• Support delivery of post-implementation engagements.
• Provide support to Tekion dealership clients.
• Maintain a knowledge base of recurring dealership issues, their root causes, and their solutions.
• Continuously improve processes and methodologies
