Job summary

CliftonLarsonAllen LLP (CLA) is seeking a Technical Lead Consultant - Tekion to lead technical and functional discovery for Tekion dealership clients, diagnosing pain points and guiding solution design. The role requires strong problem-solving and client-facing skills to translate findings into actionable deliverables.

You will reproduce issues, scope optimization and remediation work, and partner with the Growth team to draft estimates, SOWs, and deployment strategies.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in related field required.
• Experience with dealership management systems (DMS), preferably Tekion.
• Bachelor's degree required; combination of relevant experience, education and training may be accepted.
• Degree in Accounting, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical and functional discovery with dealership clients to understand needs.
• Document and reproduce customer issues.
• Scope technical support, optimization, and remediation projects.
• Develop estimates and SOWs with Growth team.
• Create deployment strategies and toolkits for consistent service delivery.
• Maintain knowledge base of recurring dealership issues and their solutions.
• Continuously improve processes and methodologies.
