Job summary

CliftonLarsonAllen LLP (CLA) seeks a Technical Lead Consultant - Tekion to lead technical discovery for Tekion dealership clients and own escalation path. You will scope and drive deployment strategies, develop SOWs with the Growth team, and maintain a knowledge base of root causes and solutions.

You will mentor junior staff, ensure efficient service delivery, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate client needs into actionable plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; combination of relevant experience and training may be accepted.
• 4 years of experience minimum; 5–7 years preferred.
• Experience with dealership management systems (DMS), Tekion preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical and functional discovery with dealership clients to understand needs.
• Reproduce and document customer issues; scope technical support, optimization, and remediation projects.
• Develop deployment strategies; create statements of work (SOWs) with Growth team.
• Maintain a knowledge base of recurring issues, root causes, and solutions.
• Continuously improve processes and methodologies.
