Job summary

CLA, a leading national professional services firm, seeks a Technical Lead Consultant - Tekion to drive technical and functional discovery for dealership clients in the Tekion ecosystem.

The role owns issue root-cause analysis, scoping of projects, and escalation to Tekion. Travel to client sites may be required as part of engagement delivery and knowledge transfer.

Qualifications

• 4 years of experience required; 5-7 years preferred.
• Experience with dealership management systems (DMS), preferably Tekion, is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical and functional discovery with dealership clients to understand their current state, pain points, and business needs.
• Sort client issues into training, configuration, workflow, integration, data, or product-defect issues to decide the right correction.
• Reproduce and document customer issues.
• Scope technical support, optimization, and remediation projects.
• Work with Growth team to turn discovery findings into estimates, assumptions, deliverables, and SOWs.
• Develop and implement strategies for efficient software deployment, including toolkits for consistent service delivery.
• Support delivery of post-implementation engagements.
• Provide support to Tekion dealership clients.
• Maintain a knowledge base of recurring dealership issues, their root causes, and their solutions.
• Continuously improve processes and methodologies.

Bachelor's degree

CLA is seeking a Technical Lead Consultant - Tekion. This role leads technical and functional discovery for Tekion dealership clients. It finds the root cause of reported issues and turns what it learns into scoped support, optimization, and remediation work. The role also serves as CLA's Tier 1 support resource and owns the escalation path to Tekion.

Requirements

Experience

• 4 Years of experience required. 5-7 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Experience with dealership management systems (DMS), preferably Tekion, is preferred.

Education

• Bachelor's degree is required. Combination of relevant experience, education, and training may be accepted in lieu of degree.
• Degree in Accounting, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred.

Certifications / Licenses

None required. Tekion platform certification preferred.

Travel Requirements

This position could require travel.
