Job summary

CLA is a top 10 national professional services firm seeking a Technical Lead Consultant – Tekion to guide discovery and remediation for Tekion dealership clients. You will own escalation to Tekion and support post-implementation engagements, while continuously improving processes and documenting solutions.

You will work with clients to identify root causes, scope projects, and produce clear deliverables. Travel is possible as part of client engagements.

Qualifications

• 4 years of experience required.
• 5-7 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Tekion platform certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical and functional discovery with dealership clients to understand needs.
• Sort issues into training, configuration, workflow, integration, data, or product-defect categories.
• Reproduce and document customer issues for root-cause analysis.
• Scope technical support, optimization, and remediation projects.
• Collaborate with Growth team to draft estimates, assumptions, and SOWs.
• Develop strategies for efficient software deployment and knowledge base updates.
