Job summary

BASSETTI Americas, with US offices in Chicago, is seeking a Project Manager Engineer to drive the development and integration of the TEEXMA software. You will bridge industrial engineering with IT to support digital transformation, leading project schedules and ensuring client satisfaction.

Ideal candidates hold a Master’s degree in Engineering, have 1–5 years of PM or SaaS/IT experience, and speak fluent English.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Engineering is required.
• 1 to 5 years of experience in project management or software implementation (SaaS/IT sectors).
• Full professional proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

• Lead project schedules, track costs, and report to stakeholders.
• Coordinate validations and prioritize activities with clients.
• Serve as primary operational contact and nurture client relationships.
• Translate requirements into specifications and TEEXMA configurations.
• Architect and configure TEEXMA workflows to meet client needs.
• Prepare and present product demonstrations.
• Guide clients through change management and provide training.
