Job summary

BASSETTI Americas, a leader in TEEXMA software for industrial data management, seeks an IT Project Manager to drive software integration projects in the US. You will lead cross-functional teams, manage delivery timelines, and ensure client satisfaction across aerospace, automotive, and manufacturing sectors.

You hold a Master’s degree in Engineering, 1–5 years in project management or SaaS/IT, and excellent English communication.

Qualifications

Master’s degree in Engineering is required.
1–5 years of experience in project management or software implementation (SaaS/IT).
Full professional proficiency in English.
Customer-centric, analytical, and an excellent communicator.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

Project Leadership: Manage project schedules, track costs, and provide regular reporting.
Strategic Management: Ensure effective priority management and coordinate validations.
Client Relations: Act as primary operational contact, building long-term client relationships.
Engineer tailored solutions within TEEXMA by translating requirements into specs and configurations.
Functional Design & Configuration: Architect and optimize TEEXMA workflows aligned to client needs.
Preparing and presenting product demonstrations based on documented needs and use cases.
Change Management: Guide clients through transitions, provide support and training.
Product Evolution: Participate in peripheral projects and software evolution.
