Boys & Girls Clubs of Metro Atlanta is seeking a Teen Services Coordinator in Canton, GA. The role involves planning, promoting, implementing, and evaluating teen programs under supervision, ensuring safety and engagement for youth.

Responsibilities include orienting new members, supervising staff and volunteers, managing supplies, and maintaining a clean, effective program area while participating in leadership training opportunities.

Qualificações

• Experience with teens and knowledge of youth development.
• Formal training/experience in programming for teen interest.
• Valid State Driver's License.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare youth for success by facilitating youth development outcomes.
• Promote teen programs and participate in events and activities.
• Orient new members to programs, safety rules, and opportunities.
• Supervise members and volunteers; maintain discipline and a productive environment.
• Monitor supplies and order within budget; keep the supply room tidy.
• Maintain an attractive, clean program area and up-to-date notices.
• Attend training and BGCA leadership courses to expand skills.
