Job summary

Boys & Girls Clubs of Metro Atlanta in Canton, GA seeks a Teen Services Coordinator to plan, promote, implement and evaluate programs for club teens under supervision of the Program Director.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• Combined experience and/or formal training equivalent to a minimum of three years in teen work and youth development.
• Formal training or experience in teen programming and engagement.

Responsibilities

• Prepare youth for success.
• Promotes and participates in teen programs and events.
• Orients new members to teen programs and safety rules.
• Provides guidance and role modeling to members.
• Implements and evaluates teen programs and activities.
• Maintains attendance and participation records.
• Supervises and trains volunteers and program assistants.
• Monitors facility cleanliness and supplies.
• Travel to events and work afternoon/evening hours.
