Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare youth for success and foster Youth Development Outcomes.
• Promote teen programs and participation in events and activities.
• Orient new members to teen programs and safety rules.
• Provide guidance and role modeling, including dress code adherence.
• Implement, monitor and evaluate programs; track attendance.
• Supervise volunteers and staff; attend weekly staff meetings.
• Monitor supplies and manage budget within limits.
• Maintain neat, attractive program spaces and comply with safety rules.
