Mission Prep Healthcare in Minnetonka, MN is seeking a dedicated Mental Health Technician (Community Coordinator) to support adolescents in residential treatment facilities. You will coordinate transport, assist with medication management, and maintain a safe, therapeutic environment while collaborating with clinical staff.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED, Bachelor's preferred.
• Background Check: Must pass ADP Selective Screening Services and other Federal/State background checks.
• Valid Driver’s License: 4 years driving, 21+, clean record within last 3 years.
• Physical Requirements: Work on computer, walk/stand, lift up to 20 lbs., navigate stairs.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates and transports clients safely to daily activities and ensures safety.
• Uses intervention and communication skills with clients and families daily and in crisis.
• Adheres to Joint Commission policies and procedures and Infection Prevention controls.
• Collaborate with nurse and clinical team on medication management and documentation.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of residences at all times.
