Job summary

Mission Prep Healthcare in Fallbrook, CA, is seeking a dedicated Mental Health Technician (Community Coordinator) to support adolescents aged 12–17 at residential treatment facilities in San Diego County. You will work within a close-knit team to provide safe, compassionate care, promoting wellness and family-centered approaches.

Responsibilities include coordinating client activities, monitoring medication administration with the clinical team, and maintaining a clean, supportive living

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Background checks by ADP Selective Screening Services and other Federal/State checks required.
• Valid driver's license with driving history and insurance eligibility.
• Physical ability to sit/stand, lift up to 20 lbs., walk stairs.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and transport clients to daily activities and ensure on-time arrival.
• Use intervention and communication skills with clients and families daily and in crisis.
• Adhere to Joint Commission policies and infection control procedures.
• Collaborate with nurses on medication management and document self-administration of meds.
• Maintain clean, hygienic residences and foster a safe, supportive environment.
• Engage with residents to build a connected, inclusive community.
