Mission Prep Healthcare, part of the AMFM Healthcare family, seeks a Mental Health Technician (Community Coordinator) in Fallbrook, CA. Join a team supporting adolescents in residential treatment facilities with hands-on care, safety, and compassionate guidance.

You will coordinate activities, assist with medications, document progress, and help create a warm, inclusive environment that fosters healing and growth. Growth opportunities within a mission-driven organization await.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Background checks required (ADP Selective Screening & federal/state checks).
• Valid driver’s license with insured driving history as specified.
• Physical ability to work at a computer, walk/stand, lift up to 20 lbs.

Responsabilités

• Coordinates and transports clients safely to daily activities.
• Collaborate with nurse and clinical team on medication management.
• Maintain residences and ensure safety and cleanliness.
• Document client activities in BestNotes and communicate progress.
• Support recovery through activities and groups per policy.
• Conduct orientation for new residents and safety briefings.
