Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Background checks must pass (ADP Selective Screening and federal/state checks).
• Valid driver’s license with age and clean driving history per policy.
• Ability to lift up to 20 lbs and navigate stairs; comfortable with computer work.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate and transport clients safely to daily activities and ensure on-time arrival.
• Use crisis-intervention and communication skills with clients and families daily.
• Adhere to Joint Commission policies and infection prevention procedures.
• Collaborate with clinical staff on medication management and report side effects.
• Maintain residence cleanliness and document activities in the electronic record.
• Engage with clients to foster a safe, inclusive, recovery-oriented environment.
• Conduct orientation and safety drills; participate in daily handoffs and care plans.
