Mission Prep Healthcare, part of the AMFM Healthcare family, seeks compassionate Community Coordinators (Youth Mental Health Technicians) to support teens at our Residential Treatment Facilities in Minnetonka, MN. The role focuses on safety, engagement, and recovery-oriented care with a collaborative team.

You will work afternoons, coordinate activities, and support medication management within regulatory guidelines, aiming to build a caring, inclusive community for youths aged 12–17.

Competenze

• Strong communication with families, clients, and staff.
• Maintain professionalism, empathy, and composure under pressure.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, and Google Suite.
• Knowledge of clinical/medical terminology is preferred but not required.

Mansioni

• Coordinate and transport clients to daily activities and ensure on-time arrival.
• Use intervention and communication skills with clients and families daily and in crises.
• Follow Joint Commission policies on infection prevention and environment of care.
• Collaborate with program nurse on medication management and document medications.
• Maintain clean, safe, and hygienic residences at all times.
• Engage clients in recovery-oriented activities and document progress in the health record.
• Navigate BestNotes to document activities and care plans effectively.
• Participate in a multidisciplinary treatment team and support person-centered care.
